Rhodes Wrestling Association Announces New Wrestling Promotion

AEW superstar and pro wrestling legend 'The Natural' Dustin Rhodes is launching his very own wrestling promotion this November, expanding the legacy of the Rhodes family even further. Announced via social media, Rhodes shared that the Rhodes Wrestling Association (RWA) will host their first-ever event, Texas Fall Fury, on November 21st at the RWA Bullpen in Leander, Texas.
“FINALLY!!! @RhodesWrestling is LAUNCHING!! Stay tuned in the coming weeks for all info. November 21st Thursday at 6pm central # RWA’s Bullpen in Leander Texas. Let’s make the first one special! I will be doing a VIP Meet and greet at 5pm central.”
This announcement builds on the momentum of Rhodes Wrestling Academy, the training facility where Dustin has been grooming the next generation of pro wrestlers. Most notably, Wayne and Wyatt Rhodes (nephews of Dustin and Cody Rhodes), who have trained at the academy, made their All Elite Wrestling debut this past August.
The Rhodes Wrestling Family Legacy
Dustin Rhodes, best known for his success with the WWE (then-WWF) under the ring name Goldust, is having a banner year in 2024 with AEW. After claiming the ROH Six-Man Tag titles alongside Ross and Marshall Von Erich, Dustin followed that up by capturing the ROH Tag Team titles with Sammy Guevara.
At the tender age of 55, Dustin Rhodes is arguably doing some of the best work of his career. Meanwhile, his younger brother, 'The American Nightmare' Cody Rhodes, is the current Undisputed WWE Champion.
