PWI Women's 250: Toni Storm Tops the 2024 List
Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) has officially unveiled its PWI Women's 250 for 2024. The annual ranking lists the world's top female pro wrestlers. PWI's list has grown from its original top 50 in 2008 to now feature 250 of the best talents in women's wrestling. Last month, the men's PWI 500 list was released, and current WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes took the top spot. Check out the full PWI Women's 250 edition here.
'Timeless' Toni Storm Takes #1
For the first time, an AEW star has won the number one spot on the PWI Women's 250. 'Timeless' Toni Storm claimed the top position after some would consider a breakout year in the AEW's women's division in 2023-2024. Her reign as AEW Women's World Champion lasted 281 days before she dropped the title at AEW All In 2024 to Mariah May.
Jordynne Grace Dominates TNA
Coming in at number two is TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. The Juggernaut held the Knockouts Championship for the entirety of 2024, delivering standout performances both in TNA and with her appearances at WWE's Royal Rumble and NXT.
Rhea Ripley Drops to Third
After taking the top spot last year, former WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley has dropped to third place in 2024. Despite this, Ripley remains a powerhouse in WWE's women's division. Coming off an injury that caused her to vacate the Women's Title earlier this year, Ripley has since returned and continues to be the face of WWE's women's division.
