Vince McMahon Preparing to Launch New Entertainment Company
Could Vince McMahon be starting a new venture outside of pro wrestling?
Multiple sources have reported that former WWE CEO Vince McMahon is working on launching a new entertainment company. PWInsider said the new venture would focus on film and television production, not professional wrestling. McMahon, who sold WWE to Endeavor earlier this year, is reportedly setting up what has been described as an "entertainment hub company."
Who's Working with Vince McMahon on This New Project?
Several WWE alumni are already involved in this new project. Brad Blum, WWE's former Chief Operating Officer, and Kristen Prouty, WWE's former liaison to Hollywood, both of whom have long-standing professional relationships with McMahon, are among them.
Blum and Prouty are working on setting up the company, which will reportedly focus on producing both fiction and nonfiction content. PWInsider also notes that this new company could be based in Los Angeles if it moves forward.
Will Vince McMahon's New Company Succeed?
Whether McMahon's new venture will take off remains to be seen, especially given the controversies surrounding his WWE exit; however, Hollywood's unpredictable nature could work in his favour, as the industry often prioritizes potential profitability over public perception.
According to the report, former WWE Executive Producer Kevin Dunn is not currently involved in the project.
